With Scheduler for Macintosh you schedule the execution of your scripts. Just click on the New Script Launch button on the Schedule Manager window:

 

 

And a Script Launch setup window will show up where you can choose different options such as shutting down or putting the computer on sleep mode on a specific date or after a period of inactivity:
