The Hotkeys Manager is where you associate your scheduled task with a key combination. For instance, if you want to open a bowling web site with the key combination command + option + t all you have to do is open up a new slot on the Hotkeys Manager by clicking on the + button and then drag the task icon from the Schedule Manager and drop it on the newly created slot on the Hotkeys Manager:

 

 

To edit the hot key all you have to do is to double click on the hotkey icon and a sheet window will come down. Click on the right key combination and then hit the OK button to accept the changes you made.
